Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Canadian Owners & Pilots
Association will be held via videoconference on the 26th day of June, 2021, at 1:00PM (EDT) for the following
purposes:
1. To receive the financial statements of the Association for the period ended December 31, 2020. They can be
viewed at http://www.copanational.org/en/agm-documents after May 12, 2021.
2. To receive the reports of the Directors;
3. To appoint auditors and authorize the Directors to fix their remuneration;
4. To transact such further business as may properly be brought before the meeting, or any adjournment
thereof.
Notes: Due to ongoing COVID 19 pandemic and associated health restrictions, the 2021 AGM will be held virtually.
Members who are unable to attend the Virtual AGM should complete and return the proxy form. However due to
current by-laws, only registered attending members (or as proxy) will be able to vote on any motions.
